Biography
Dr. Amal Kanti Sen has pursued DM (Cardiology) from The Prestigious Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, following that he completed a “Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology” from Charles Nicole Hospital Rouen, France under great professor Allain Cribier. Further, he became Assistant Associate and Professor of Cardiology in Hyderabad.
He served the needy in Sri Satya Sai Hospital, Puttapardy, Andhra Pradesh as a Consultant Cardiologist. He did more than five thousand Cardiac Interventions including PTCA, Pacemaker Implantation, Device Closures of holes in the heart, Peripheral and Renal Interventions.
Presented papers practically all over India and abroad. He has been a presenter and faculty member of biggest Interventional conferences like TCT of US and EuroPCR of France. Dr. Sen used to speak regularly on radio, TV and podcasts on ‘’Prevention of heart disease’’.
