In a collaborative effort to provide essential healthcare services to communities, Anil Baghi Hospital and the Indian Social Welfare Society (Regd.) organized a free medical camp today, Saturday 16th December 2023, at Baba Ram Lal Gurudwara, Malwal Road, Ferozepur City. The camp, held from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM, offered free consultations to over 100 patients.
Leading the camp were two renowned specialists: Dr. Tajinder Bhalla, a renowned Knee, Hip & Joint Replacement specialist, and Dr. Harjinder Singh, a specialist in Thyroid, Sugar, Hypertension, Dengue, Malaria, and Typhoid. Their expertise ensured comprehensive and targeted care for patients seeking relief from a variety of ailments.
The camp also provided free medicines to the neediest patients, ensuring that access to essential medication did not become a barrier to their recovery. This initiative reflects the commitment of both Anil Baghi Hospital and the Indian Social Welfare Society to serving the community and ensuring everyone has access to quality healthcare.
The Indian Social Welfare Society was also pleased to be a part of this initiative. “We are committed to improving the lives of people in Ferozepur, and this medical camp is a step in the right direction,” said S. Shamsher Singh Sandhu, President of the Indian Social Welfare Society. “We are grateful to Anil Baghi Hospital for their partnership in this important event.” The Indian Social Welfare Society members Mr. Kuldip Rai (Vice president), S. Harjit Singh, Dr. Roshan Lal Santoshi Petron, Mr. Y.P Sharma (Gen. Secretary), Mr. Diwan Chand (Co-ordinator), Mr. D.P Gulaty (Cashier) & S. Jasbir Singh (Cashier) were present at this camp too.
