ABH has been providing state-of-the-art emergency care to adults and children every hour of every day, constantly helping, and serving people of our region for over 37 years.
Our Emergency Department is recognized to be able to provide total care for all aspects of any injury. This includes comprehensive management of emergent orthopedic, abdominal, neurosurgical, urological, maxillofacial, and general injuries.
Patients who arrive at the Emergency Department with chest pain or sudden heart emergencies are seen by our team of heart specialists at the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory.
We have our stroke specialist on call 24 hours a day for stroke emergencies.
For non-life-threatening conditions, ABH offers Day-Care admissions. Patients are treated and discharged from the Emergency Room in a few hours. Patients are then followed up routinely in clinic with concerned specialists.
